You can call us to check status of orders at 1-800-605-6016 between 10 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. Depending on destination, day order was placed and holidays some shipments may take up to 10 days to ship out. We strive to offer the lowest shipping rates and fast turn around times.

Shipping charges will be adjusted for shipping USPS to Alaska and Hawaii as a separate charge. We only ship to Alaska and Hawaii by UPS air services or USPS priority mail. It is our policy not to ship to APO or FPO addresses. However, if we do, we will add the cost of USPS priority mail as a separate charge. We reserve the right to choose the shipping option for all orders.

Please put in your correct name and address on orders. If your name and address are wrong, UPS will charge us $6.00 for the mistake. You will be responsible for any additional UPS charges due to wrong information.

RETURN POLICY: You MUST contact us by PHONE FIRST. Must be within 14 DAYS of receiving your order. Products MUST be in NEW and UNUSED condition. The original shipping and hanldling charges will be deducted from any returns, even if there was free shipping on the original order. We do not accept returns on Freestyle watches, Leatherman Knives, Eureka Tents and Electronic Equipment from any manufacturer.

Warranty issues will be handled based on the manufactures policies.
